Master of Ceremonies
Everybody in the City knows Edmund Chow. However, almost no one realizes it. For everyday citizen, his name hardly rings a bell, but his company, Chow Industries Inc., is probably the most expansive megacorporation in the entire City.
You could barely find a single shopping cart that doesn't contain at least one of their products. Groceries, fashion, automobile industry, housing, decorations, technology... You name it - you want it - they sell it.
Of course, just because that makes Chow a billionaire it doesn't also make him famous. He's careful not to attract too much public attention to his persona, but he makes a point of being well-known among the ones he deems important enough - and as of E03: Carnival of Machines, our Crew has officially become important enough.
During E03 Chow and Rupert entered into a political warfare (turned very real warfare by episode's end) over a shared interest in a Pandolorian Clinic construction project put forth by Matthew Killroy. Against all odds, Eddie pervailed and won the project for Cryfield instead of Chow who - for reasons so far unknown - wanted it built in Downtown.
In E05: Wolf Hunt, Edmund Chow offered Nathan a job. What is officialy a position of a gardener would actually make him a consultant to his team of lawyers designing defence strategies for his many assets. Nathan accepted the offer, well knowing that the other candidate is his own father. However, whether Chow's offer was sincere or whether it is just another angle from which he wishes to ambush the Crew is yet to be seen.
